HELP with using LMSTIPS

To find a resource, or list of resources on the LMSTIPS website, click on one of the boxes in the array displayed on the Home Page.

Topics are listed across the top.

Types of Resources are listed down the left side.
(Click here to find out more about Types)

To narrow down your search, you can select a Grade from the upper right panel - resources that do not apply to that particular grade will no longer be listed.

You can also narrow your search by choosing an Audience from the upper right panel. This will limit the types of resources listed, based on those that are used most by that type of individual. At any point you can click the ALL indicator to view all types of resources.

Once you have made your initial selection, the results will appear in a list. To further refine your search, or change criteria, click on an entry in the left panel. Two panels will appear, one indicating the list of Resource Types to choose from, the other indicating the list of Topics. The currently selected Topic or Type will be highlighted in yellow. In most cases, each topic and type category has been further sub-divided. To limit your list to a specific subtype or subtopic, simply click on that entry in the left panel.

If you are unsure of the category to search for an item, you can use the Search box to enter a word. LMSTIPS will search the entire database to find a match in the title or description of a resource, or in keywords associated with it. You can restrict your search to the current selection of results if you wish.
