All ABOUT the LMSTIPS website

The Leading Mathematics Search Tool for Instructors, Parents and Students (or LMSTIPS for short) was developed as part the Leading Math Success project in order to assist Teachers, Parents and Students in finding quality, relevant math resources on the Internet.

The LMSTIPS website is designed so that there are many ways in which to access the database and retrieve a list of resources. Each resource entry in the database links directly to a file that can be downloaded, or a website containing further information or links.

The Leading Math Success initiative is part of the implementation of the Leading Math Success Expert Panel Report released in June 2004. This is the third expert panel report commissed by the Student Success project, and complements the Think Literacy and Pathways for Success reports released previously in the school year.
