What you need to know:1) Your team must prepare a team poster and a team chant to be presented upon registration when you arrive at the OMO 2014 on Friday afternoon. 2) Every Coach / Chaperone receives an OMO2014 t-shirt. You need to let your coach know what size shirt you require. You can use the sizing chart below to help decide. 3) To ensure your health and safety, your parents need to complete and return to your coach a form with Emergency Contact / Health & Allergy information. Your coach may provide a customized version to you, but you could complete this generic form and submit it your coach. 4) Also, at the OMO 2014 event, there will be a photographer and videographer taking pictures / movies of the events. To be included you need to complete a Media Release. 5) The OMO 2014 takes place at the Orillia Campus of Lakehead University, 500 University Avenue, ORILLIA, Ontario. You will be staying in residence on Friday night. Meals will be provided for Friday supper, Saturday breakfast and lunch and afternoon snack.
